What to expect: Come and see the results of Cambridgeshire’s pioneering Stretham and Wilburton CLT and their first 75 new-home project, Manor Farm. As well as a tour of the CLT and discussions with three local CLTs, the day will also include practical workshops on finance and partnerships with developers and housing assocications.This event is a great opportunity to visit a completed CLT, meet other community groups, share tips and work out what is going to work for you and your particular project. Places are limited, so please reserve your space asap.
